About Home Search
Diane Dashboard Home Search is a private shared workspace for reviewing homes that Diane manually adds from Zillow. Access is limited to approved users.
Information we store
The service stores approved users' names and email addresses, securely hashed passwords, sign-in sessions, manually submitted Zillow URLs and listing details, and the statuses, notes, and image choices added by authorized users.
Google sign-in
When an approved user chooses Google sign-in, Home Search requests only basic identity scopes (OpenID, email, and profile) and uses the verified email address to confirm access. Google access and refresh tokens are not stored. Google account data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Use and sharing
Information is used only to operate, secure, and maintain the private Home Search workspace. It is not sold. Service providers that host or support the application may process information only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and requests
Account and Home Search information is retained while it is needed for the shared workspace. An approved user may request access, correction, or deletion by contactingdiane@dianekinney.com.
